GUI
The user interface (GUI) consists, in simple terms, of three areas:
1. toolbar 2. command buttons 3. content area
Toolbar
◧ Mode selection: Switches between Normal and Mate(Shrinked) mode.
☰ Hamburger menu : folds in and out the Command buttons.
- >: in mate mode the program shows or hides the content area
🡑TOP TopMost : if activated the program window is always in the foreground
💾 Save: saves the current window size and position, as well as the command button configuration
📂 Open: a configuration file(*.ini) can be selected. The program opens a new window with the configuration
🌐 IP change: fast change of the current IP address. Does not automatically save
⛭ Settings: If activated , various program settings can be changed.(--> see roadmap)
Command-Buttons
The freely configurable buttons allow efficient access to files and websites. It is actually a boosted but simple and intuitive bookmark management.

Icons/Images
- There is a large selection of different icons available.
- The selection of own icons is planned.(--> see roadmap)
Description/Caption
Text which will be displayed on the button
Path/URL
The command or URL to the website, file or folder.
Context menu
: The URL of the command button is reloaded
: The current URL is refreshed in the corresponding interval.
: The current URL is opened with the default browser. For files with the default program.
: The path of the current website/file is copied to the clipboard.
: The page for configuring the buttons is displayed.
: Shows this help, among others.
Content area
In the content area the data is displayed. By default a component of the Internet-Explorer does this!
With files which can be interpreted, the Viewer button is indicated. So files can be visualized with the internal Viewer.
In the screenshot you can see two instances of the App.
- In the left window the Command-Buttons are expanded and the website is displayed with the help of the Internet-Explorer.
- In the right window the Command-Buttons are folded to save space and the same content is viewed with the Viewer.

- Shortcuts like [CTRL+A], [CTRL+C] etc. work as expected

FAQ
Technical background
Internet Explorer uses the Trident engine(MSHTML). Microsoft Edge can also use this engine when running in IE mode.
The Trident engine is also used by this software.
Microsoft continues to provide the engine with security updates.
Internet Explorer
In general:
If the website/homepage does not work with Internet Explorer, then this software cannot display the page either!.
- For certain contents, like ECHO/CGTP pages, the (free) Fanuc IPendant controls are necessary(ActiveX).
- If Roboguide is installed, these are already installed on the PC.
Copy & Paste
If the content is displayed with IE(Internet Explorer) keyboard shortcuts are only very limited available.
It is not possible to use STRG-A,STRG-C,STRG-V,STRG-F etc.!
- Use the Context-Menu of the Internet-Explorer.
- Use the internal Viewer.
Slow animation
When loading LARGE pages (e.g. system.va) the Trident engine is very slow. Unfortunately we can not change this.
